Chamomile & Calendula Tallow Soap
A beautiful transformation of often discarded raw cow, pork or deer fat, I chop up and then render into tallow & lard serving as the base on my soap. Then the rendered and purified tallow & lard is combined with herbal infused organic cold-pressed unrefined olive oil, an herbal infusion, lye (sodium hydroxide) and organic essential oils. As this soap is made with herbs and essential oils as the source of fragrance, the scents of these simple soaps are more mild than 'typical' soap.
Grass-fed COW OR PIG tallow and/or lard hand rendered at my studio in Dryden NY.
Water harvested from natural springs in the Finger Lakes National Forest.
All herbal ingredients foraged, homegrown, or sourced from ethical organic producers.
